John Deere has used the recent CONEXPO/CON-AGG Show held in Las Vegas to showcase additional models including a focus on the construction sector with new dozers and wheel loaders.

The focus from John Deere is to prioritise the growth and improvement in the construction sector as displayed at the show.

The complimentary range of equipment included new models in the small dozer, large scraper, compact track loader, skid steer loader and cold planning attachment line-ups.

John Deere’s new P-Tier small dozer models are designed to offer precise hydraulics for smooth stability during operations to help customers level up on the job site.

John Deere P-tier stands for Performance Tiering and is aimed at providing  better performance and operator stability.

The 450, 550 and 650 P-Tier dozer machines, for example, are technology-packed, offering smarter and more intuitive operations.

These new P-Tier small dozers will now feature enhancing performance and safety for operators with a strategically design cab that boasts an increase of 14%. The new cab design was aimed at improving visibility and comfort that have allowed the machine to offer increased storage space and easier ingress/egress capabilities.

Impacting operator visibility, the new hood design, straightened and lowered five-inches on 650P-Tier and seven inches on the 450 and 550 P-Tier models will help improve overall forward visibility and straight sightlines to the front of the machine.

The removal of the DEF system, the 450 P-Tier model offers simplified maintenance and reduced system complexity while meeting emissions regulations. Finally, the optional LED light package and rear-view camera options take visibility to the next level that will enhance visibility.

Models with EH controls arrive from the factory with EZ Grade features, however, they can be upgraded to Slope Control or SmartGrade technology in the future, if desired.

John Deere is also introducing a new generation of large-frame compact track loaders and skid-steer loaders.

There is a total of five new machines in the range, including the 333 and all-new 334 P-Tier skid-steer loaders, along with the 335 P-Tier compact track loader.

These machines all boast redesigned cabs with higher levels of operator comforts including heated/vented seats, touchscreen displays, hands-free Bluetooth technology, JDLinkTM telematics, and can be equipped with optional surround-view capabilities.

The new 334 P-Tier and 335 P-Tier models have been optimised specifically for customers seeking additional horsepower and hydraulic flow from a compact machine.

Boasting 118 gross horsepower in addition to pressure- compensated load-sensing hydraulics, making these machines smooth, powerful and ready to tackle the most demanding jobs.

Complementing these machines, John Deere will be launching two new mulching head attachments, the MK76 and the MH72D.
